For the last 10 years, I am using concor 5 mg and currently the bp is 70/115 mm. Should I switch over to some other drug, more advanced or more safe, or to avoid damages due to long term usage. If so which is advisable. My sugar level bs/pp = 115/160. My age 69.

if a medicine is controlling BP well and not causing side effects, there is very little benefit in changing. I think continuing it will be simplest and will ensure good health. Some fose reduction may be required if bp fall lower than 115
