My father is 60 years old. He has hypertension for 10+ years, type 2 diabetes for 20+ years and chronic kidney disease for 3+ years. He is getting treatments for those (insulin actrapid+insulatard and atorvastatin, tenocab and sodicurb, sandocal d, ipec plus, domin, esotid 20, epomax (iv / sc) 5000iu / ml sol. Inj). As of march, his creatinine 7.4 mg/dl, uric acid 6.53 mg/dl, hba1c 5.30%, haemoglobin 9.30 g/dl. But recently he has been experiencing water retention in legs as well as lungs (because he had no breathing problem before). Now he is taking montair 10 and inhaler for his breathing problem. We can't get to consult with our doctor due to corona virus. What else should we do?

Sir, beathing problem and water retention in the legs are probably related to kidney disease. If you can share his current medication list and blood pressure heart rate, any latest ecg or echo report, I might suggest recommendations. Also you can always make phone consultation to give clearer picture of your fathers health. Stay safe.
