The variation is more due to your intake and other lifestyle. Since there is no mention about the drugs taken for reducing the blood glucose, I can not make any comment on that aspect. However, one glaring fact is you being in grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 32.02 kgs/Sq meter (Normal < 23kgs/Sq meter), with an excess of over 25 kgs.
