My age 31 type 2 diabetes my fasting around maximum120 minimum 104 nd p.p maximum 170 minimum 120 in glucometer I take vildapride m 50/1000 1 tab daily hba1c 6.2 meye diet or exercise karta hon can I reduce medicine magar sir bich bich mai sugar fluctuate karta hai thats worry sir please advise. Can medicine better vildagliptin+metformin.

Continue same medicine.Slightly reduce calory intake in dinner.

Your hba1c is within normal limits. Fluctuations in sugars are mostly due to irregularities in the diet .please follow that with in house daily exercise of walking at least for 40 minutes. Continue your current tablets as it is. If still your sugars are high, consult your doctor after the lockdown is over.

Your blood sugar is not worriable you can stop your medicines insted you ccan start tab triglimiprex 1 dose 1/2 tab b. I. D, and cap pregabanyl at bed time. I gave a suggestion to you enjoy all types of food included sweets also.

Your sugar is well controlled with vildapride m50/1000 .continue with this dose donot change both are very safe drugs.
