I am a 53-year old male. I am vegetarian since last 20 years. Having a sedentary lifestyle as working in the editorial desk of an english daily. My working hours: 3 pm to 11 pm. Diagnosed with high blood pressure four years ago and taking tetan beta 25 since then. I was not doing any physical exercise. Since last one month I have started walking for 30-40 minutes daily as I am getting excessive fat on my waistline. My height is 5 feet 11 inches and present weight is 90 kgs.
