Hello, i'm a diabetic and my meds have been galvus (morning and before sleep) and glucophage (once after every meal) for hte past few years. Lately my blood sugar level has always been high, i'm talking 16-25 on a daily basis. And with this corona thing i've been advised not to go to hospitals for the time being. I need advice, on what pills I could buy to help me lower it.

For time being you can change your medicines as follows tab glypride 1 mg one tablet before breakfast and one before dinner tab galvus met (50/1000) one after breakfast and one after dinner keep checking your blood sugars regularly fasting and post meals. Once it is controlled, you can reduce the dose of glypride to half / half both the times.
