I had scabies and I have already taken 3 applications of permethrin as described with full precautions and antihistamines. When I leave medication rashes come back after 3-4 days. What should I do now?

First of the way you have applied permethrin is important as wrong application is one of the most common causes of no improvement. Secondly, your family and close contacts require treatment which is mandatory for complete cure. Thirdly, you need to continue antihistamines for atleast a month for complete subsidence of itching. Lastly, I can't be sure if you are suffering from scabies unless I see the images of the affected part. Hope that helps.
