Sir/mam I want to take multivitamin and here I have one choice please can you clarify my choice. I have nevron active cap. Its contains folic acid, vitamin b6 methylcobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, benfotiamine, biotin and chromium. Sir/ mam please tel me is it good for me or not. I have no any problem but according to diet I want to add some multivitamin to me for good health please ans me as soon as possible.
