I have diagnosed with acute on chronic calcific pancreatitis in 2013 april. Gastroenterologist prescribed panlipase capsule twice a day. But I take this capsule on every 3rd day i.e. After 72 hours of previous dose. I felt sleepy, more hunger, foul smell in urine and stools on the day I take. I completely want to stop this capsule. ? which are the necessary steps I should consider before stopping this capsule?? which tests should be done which can indicate that I have no need to take pancreatic enzymes?? sometimes I felt all this happened to me is because of improper breathing. I always felt breathing issues in my nasal and throat region. Could this be a obstruction in digestive system? Please advice me. Thanks and regards.
