Hi sir/madam can I use betnovate? blue color cream on my face fr brightness n ryt nw I hv pimples, blackspot on my face how long I should use dis cream and how to use.

No. first reason being its not for brightness nor scars. Its mainly for Bacterial skin infections or Fungal skin infections. Second its a steroid. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market.  Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. 
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.
Simple Honey Mask--Before applying this mask, rinse your face with warm water to open up pores. Then apply honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water; then rinse again with cold water to close the pores.
Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
Use umbrella when going in sun. Wear full sleeves cloths	
Drink plenty of fluids. Don?t be stressed.

Hi lybrate-user! betnovate is a steroid cream. It should be used judiciously depending on the skin problems. It should not be used on face as fairness cream, as it causes multiple side effects on long term usuage. We routinely see many patients in our clinic landing up with side effects with these creams like reddness, itching, pimples, darkness of face on stopping the cream, sun sensitivity etc. My sincere advise -please do not use these creams for fairness. Instead ,use sunscreen in the morning and kojic/arbutin/glycolic acid or other safer alternative creams at night for glow. Please do consult your near by dermatologist and get proper treatment. They will assess your skin and guide you better.
