I am a diabetic patient. My doctor advised me yo take istamet 50/500 one time azulix 1mf twice and vobosem 0.3 mg once. But my fbs is 140 and pbs is 190. What should I do now to control my sugar level?

Follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes.
