I am having neck crepitus since 45 odd days. I hear a grinding noise in my neck every time I look to my right or turn neck backwards to the right. I had a slight head injury on the 29th of december 2019 as I slipped on ice & fell on my back. I was given first-aid and discharged. I consulted online a local spine doctor on video chat and he has prescribed a ten days treatment. - mobiswift tab 1/2 bd & medjoint tab bd along with fomentation & gabafix gel. Also a chart of neck isometric exercises. I am trying to understand if I have any serious cervical joint injury which needs serious investigation.
