4 years back I suffered from anxiety and depression, it took me 6 month to come out of it, I use to get bad dreams and panik attacks, after that today morning same happened bad dream and panic attacks, just confused is the same thing happening or just normal. I saw a series also before sleeping which had crime in it. So I am literally confused.

I think you should not get worked up so fast. This could be a one off episode without any significance. Since you watched the crime series it might hv stayed in your mind at subconscious level. Regarding your concerns about recurrence of the anxiety and depression, it's highly unlikely. As in the last 4 years you have maintained well. Depression doesn't come suddenly. Besides you don't seem to have any other features of depression. So be rest assured this will pass. Don't worry. Avoid staying up till late night as sleep deprivation can trigger anxiety.
