Hello, Thanks for the query. When adequate dosage of Levothyroxine is taken TSh is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. If it is 0.84 mU/L, then present dosage needs to be reduced by at least 12.5 mcg per day. Then TSH needs ti be checked after 6 weeks. Thanks.
