I gave primosa 500 for 2 days tds to my 12 year daughter for breast pain. But she felt nausea n vomits. So stopped primosa. But it's been a week she is still not eating n vomits. Breast pain still persists. Anything that can be given to her to cure breast pain n relieve her from vomits. Pls advise.

Ma'am please don't give her primosa .some children feel pain in breast at this age group. Under hormonal influence ,breast tissue grow at this time. It is normal. Some may have pain around the time of menstruation. First you see whether ,there is any lump or redness, discharge etc. If there is any pathology, take her to gynaecologist. If no pathology is there, then make her comfortable. You can tell her to use sports bra .also you can give simple analgesic.

Give plain paracetamol tab for pain, and tab ondem for vomiting.
