Having pilonidal sinus, consulted 2 doctor. One prescribed augpen 625 and other augmentin. Which should I take?

augpen is ok.. Go for an MRI Definitive treatment is surgical. Antibiotics and painkillers will just ease your symptoms. They won't cure. Also keep the area clean and sweat free. Do spirit washes twice a day. Thanks

I am afraid ,but have to say that pilonidal sinus needs definitive surgery and expertise to get cured. Antibiotics like augmentin may help temporarily to control the infection and give relief to some extent. However I strongly recommend you to visit a surgeon nearby and get it handled properly.
