Mr Nilesh, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given and understand your concern. From the mentioned fasting glucose level it is clear that present treatment is not adequate. Before I give any suggestions please clarify following : 1) Why do you take only one meal? Do you do not eat anything else at all throughout the day? 2) What is your weight, height, extent of daily exercise? 3) Since when do you have diabetes? 4) What is the PP glucose level & HbA1c%? 5) Also mention your lipid profile and BP readings. There is a need to upgrade the present treatment and also a need to look at your diet and exercise. Thanks.

Taking one meal is wrong. Follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains. U can take (moderate amount) Grapes. Apples. Berries. Citrus fruits. Papaya. U should avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages. Sugary beverages are the worst drink choice for someone with diabetes.
