Dear lybrate-user vitamin c serum should be applied in the morning. Use a non comedogenic cleanser like cetaphil first, followed by a moisturiser. Then apply your vitamin c serum and finally your spf. Dear user, vit c serum is used to reduce acne and pigmentation so, maybe try another brand of vit c serum. Usually there are no major side effects. For some users, the skin might take time to get used to it.
