If sexually active do the urine pregnancy test, if not active or pregnancy ruled out then meet/call gynecologist. Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet/call concerned doctor- gynecologist of your area.

Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false result. If no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen.
