Is clindamycin and nicotinamide is good together for acne and sebum control .or clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide? Which one is better for oily skin to control sebum and acne .thank you in advance.

Hello lybrate-user clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide is definitely a better combination as clindamycin alone will not affect sebum secretion because it is an antibiotic. Plus benzoyl peroxide decreases the problem resistance which can come with prolonged use of clindamycin. Do take care while applying clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide apply a small amount and apply at night as this may cause redness and irritation in some patients.
