I am 28, I am experiencing lower back pain from last 9 months especially when I am trying to bend. I consulted an orthopedic and got an x ray for lumbar region. He said the vertebrae are tight and prescribed me myospaz tablets and to do back strengthening exercises. When I am in medication I got relief but now it is becoming worse. It is becoming very hard to sit on the floor as well. What are other possible issues that might be reason for back pain when trying to bend. Do I need to worry as it is almost 9 months and it is slowly getting worse.

it's due to muscle spasm, start with advanced physiotherapy along with analgesics and maintain proper posture, avoid forward bending, weight lifting, sitting on the floor, squatting etc until it resolves completely

Hello, taking only painkillers is not going to work as your all condition needs to be analysed properly. There are other causes of back pain also such as vitamin d deficiency or postural problems. Looking at your other complaints of indigestion and heartburn I suspect painkillers are causing acidity. Before prescribing you any medication I need to see your x-rays. Myospas forte has diclofenac. Taking diclofenac will affect your kidneys and stomach. Consult me for detailed discussion and further information.
