I was diagnosed ckd 4 a year back. Then the gfr improved to 46 by alternative medicines. However I continued with dytor 25. 1-1-0. Left foot swelling is still there. Can the dosage of dytor be safely increased. If yes, what shd be the dosage?

To control the swelling in a better way, first ensure that you drink liquid in a controlled way. Also reduce your salt intake. Still if there is swelling then we can increase dytor only after checking serum electrolyte levels. Increase to dytor 50.
