I am 30 years female. I am suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder. Please advice me how to over come obsessive thought which is irritating me 24*7. I am taking tab petril beta 10 cap fludac 20 but not much help. Meditation also I am not able to do becoz of recurring thought. Please help.
