Hi lybrate-user! I hope you are doing well. I see that you have been finding much success with the medication. For long standing depression and anxiety, therapy is what works wonders. Medications work on your symptoms which is crucial. And therapy helps you work through the underlying thoughts, feelings and behaviour that perpetuate these symptoms. Your therapist would encourage you to reflect on these thought and behaviour patterns and challenge them in a safe environment.

Hi lybrate-user, your english was completely understandable. Your main concern is to reduce medicines. I understand that completely. The only thing to know is if you are comfortable when you don't take medicines. If yes, you can gradually stop. If not you may have to continue medicines. For that it is important to know what side effects you are facing due to medicines.
