I have pain in my buttocks region near tailbone area. Sometimes its on left side sometimes on right. I have done blood test for hla b27 and ra factor and its all negative. Orthopedist has given me indocap tablet but the pain is still coming and going. Is it possible to still have ankylosing spondylitis? Or is it something else? I have this pain since more than a year now.
