Metabolism if a high metabolism person rest and his body produces more energy from food then what the body do with that energy and same if the person with low metabolism in resting mode produces low energy then does he feel something like low energy. I just want to know that if body use more food to produce energy in high metabolism and don't store calories in the form of fat for future use. Then what the body do with extra calories burning I mean even if the person is in resting mode how the body use more energy? Its really confusing for me.

Hello . Extra energy from food is stored in form of fats in muscles and liver . If required it can be used afterwards.
