Can I use diluted dettol antiseptic liquid (5-6 drops in 650 ml plain water) on my face daily? Or will this be helpful for mild acne?

Hey lybrate-user you shouldn't be using diluted dettol. Dettol can be very harmful for the skin sometimes in the form irritant reactions and the skin of your face is very gentle. So it's better not to take any chances. Rather there should be usage of proper anti acne medication as per your need.
