Hello doctor .i have developed plaque on two to three lower teeth .i have tried cleaning it but it is not going as it has developed like a hard surface on my teeth. Hello the plaque that has hardened is calculus. Get scaling (cleaning) done by your dentist. The yellow discolouration caused by it would be gone, calculus and stains will be removed.
