Symptoms you suggested is not due to worm. It can occur in allergy. Anus itching is seen due to anal fissure secondary to constipation. So first look wether your child passing hard stool or not. If you have not given zentel till now then you can give zentel syp 10 ml at night for deworming. There is no harm.
