Hey lybrate-user it is always beneficial to use moisturiser along with tretinoin since tretinoin can have a very drying effect on the skin you can use moisturisers like moiz cream, cetaphil, or acnemoist or physiogel any of the above do remember to apply tretinoin only at night since it can make your skin more sensitive to the sun.

Yes ,you can use moisturiser with tretinoin 0.025%. You can use cetaphil or nivea cream as a moisturiser.
