Dear Harsh, True - the josh will not come back with these tablets. On the other hand, they may be causing the numbness. A price to pay for controlling the obsessive thoughts and anxiety.

Dear user taking these kind of medicines in long term make us like this. You are facing the side effects of medicines and moreover when you stop these medicines your problem will appear again if you would not work on your inner self. When we are aware about our problem we are able to control but we have to control it in a proper way. You are too young and taking these tablets, it's not good for your physical as well as your mental health. If you don't want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health, you have to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. But due to certain reasons if you are on antidepressants you have to take some extra care of yourself. I don't know what are the circumstances under which you are taking medicines, I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say do not depend on the medicines and don't make it a habit for future. You need counseling session for a better control on this disorder and medicines. Medicines are not the only solution, counseling is a best option for you so that you could better understand yourself and save yourself from the side effects of medicines. Please call and discuss your problem in detail and then will be able to help you better. My contact no is mobile.

For the josh, you need to pump up the adrenaline. And exercise is the way to do it. Start it and you will see a difference within a few weeks.

Sounds like you are doing very well. But it is also likely that you may be suffering from endogenous depression, which has origins from within and may not seem like the regular depression other people feel. I would recommend that you go for counseling too and together with the medication you will have far better results and mood. Also with handling emotions, which you will learn in counseling, you will depend less on the medication and get that 'josh' back into your life. Please take your parents with you to determine the possible developmental issues that may have contributed to this condition. This is a fear-based condition and for some reason you have not been dealing with this childhood fear which has now developed into these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for normal functioning. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making you believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This of course is a fallacy but there will come a time that even if told the truth, your belief will defy any logic and you will continue behaving like that even if it cripples you in your daily routines. It only appears as though some other force is behind these behaviors and that you are compelled to act in this fashion. That is obviously not true but no one can convince you of anything different. The obsession is a repeating thought pattern with no meaningful outcome; and the compulsiveness is the need to act on those obsessions also in a repeated behavior pattern as though you just cannot help yourself. This is all driven by fear and when you are frustrated with it, you will escalate anger over it and that may make you partially depressed. Doubt, insecurity, uncertainty, and lack of firm memory will all plague you and increase stress. There are certain behavioral techniques to be implemented and if they work you may get out of this condition rather easily.

Lack of josh or sluggishness maybe due to sedentary lifestyle or due to medications or some underlying depression. If you are overweight then that also can be one of the reasons. Our body naturally releases some feel good substances called endorphins which give us a pleasant feeling. These substances are usually released when we are happy and there is sense of achievement. Physical exercise is the best way to achieve it. Naturally you can improve your mood. Also you can persue a hobby.
