Hello Mr. lybrate-user nucoxia and urimax are two absolutely different drugs with different purposes. None is better than the other. Urimax has probably been given for your prostate issues leading to urinary difficulty. Nucoxia on the other hand is an anti-inflammatory, again not a very good drug for back pain and not very safe at your age.

Sir both the drugs you are talking about have different indications. Urimax has been prescribed to you for you urinary problems and nucoxia is a pain killer medicine. However nucoxia and other similar pain killers are advised not to be taken for a longer periods, specially considering your age. They can have numerous side effects including stomach ulcers, kidney and heart problems you can get in touch with a detailed history for further advise.
