Hello, Actually the doctor must have given anaesthesia before RCT and probably RCT would be going on some lower tooth. During injection the needle would had been inserted into some muscle and that is why you have difficulty in opening mouth. No need to worry for it , as it will subside but may take some time, do warm saline rinses and take the prescribed muscle relaxant.
