Can I use tazarotene gel for acne scars. Will it be disappeared completely after using it. I have medium acne scars. What should I do for that.

Tazarotene gel relatively a little harsh cream on face. Can cause irritation in sensitive skin. More over, scar is technically due to collagen destruction .collagen is replaced by fibrous structures in dermis (deeper layers of skin). So, usually creams don't help you out in treating the scars completely. Lasers, peels, other devices like mnrf, surgical procedures like subscission ,micro needling with prp etc usually gives you good results.
