My wife is diabetic (fasting 110, pp 145) takes (1) atorfit cv40 capsule once a day, (2) janumet 50/1000 tablet in the morning and (3) 50/500 tablet in the evening. Can she take (1) limcee plus orange flavour chewable tablet- 1 tab a day (2) becosules z -1 capsule a day (3) smoked almond 5-6 pieces in the morning?

yes of course she can take all the above and some studys have shown there will be reduction of ldl cholesterol and increase of hdl after consuming almonds. I do advice for almonds for all my patients.
