Based on the query, Time required for 4 RCT's Maximum 3 appointements Cost of 4 RCT's alone Approximately Rs.10000 if the dr suggests crown then add another 10000 INR. The above said are usual charges( sorry i don't know about the Apollo charges).

Apical cyst can be treated by conservative means I,e by undergoing RCT but it depends on upon the size of leison. In some cases Apicectomy Is done along with RCT. So the actual time and cost depends on treatment plan.
