I have taken social anxiety disorder treatment since one year and now medicine band hone ka time hai because course complete ho chuka hai. Maine three days se medicine lena band kiya and I am feeling like hell. Chakkar aa rhe mujhe, heavy heart beat feel ho rha, sb ghoom rha and my doctor saying medicine band karne pr kuchh dino tak aisa hota hai and I understand but kbtak mai tolerate kru. Is affect ka koi solution nhi hai? I am feeling like a sick person help me.

Hi lybrate-user, I understand you are having trouble. But you haven't mentioned the medications you were taking. Plus what are the withdrawal symptoms you are getting due to stopping the medications. Abruptly stopping medications can cause these kind of symptoms. Hence its always advisable to slowly taper the dose and stop the medication over a period of time. This can prevent withdrawal. Also if your current symptoms are intolerable then its better to show to some doctor or consult someone online.

Dear user you shouldn't stop your medicines immediately. You should taper your medicines and then stop them slowly. But if you don't want to restart them then you should go for counseling. If you would stop your medicines you will get best results. You are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are dignosed with this disorder you have to take some extra care of yourself. I don't know what are the circumstances under which you caught this disorder but you can control it on your own. I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say don't depend on the medicines and don't make it a habit for future. Medicines are not the only solution, counseling is a best option for you so that you could better understand yourself and save yourself from the side effects of medicines.
