Hello doctor, actually a little part of my toenail was torn and I cut it off. But there is a little bit of black colour substance now on the top and the nail is a little bit (very little) darker. It also pains a lot. I do not know what to do and I found it very important to consult an specialist. Please suggest me some homemade or natural help.
