Although no serious interactions are known with nexito and ashwagandha, it would be good to know why you want to take this combination. Also do you suffer from pcod or premenstrual syndrome?

Hey lybrate-user. Long standing anxiety and depression are often best dealt with in therapy. Your therapist would help you to bring the thoughts and emotions triggering your symptoms, to your awareness and help you process them in a safe environment. The medication helps you control your symptoms and is important. However, therapy would play a crucial role here to help you challenge these thoughts that lead to your symptoms in the first place and help you with tools to deal with them on a long term basis. Mindfulness and meditation are also great practices to help you group your thoughts in the here and now and cope with anxiety. Please reach out to a psychiatrist before taking any psychiatric medication. There is a lot of factors that play a role when prescribing dosage. You can reach out to a trusted therapist in your city. You can also book a session with us at url/book-a-session/ we are available for online sessions. Hope this helps. Take care! :)

You are still underage. Have you consulted a psychiatrist for your difficulties? If you have been prescribed nexito. Then i’ll suggest you to take 5 mg first. For around 7 days, and then slowly increase the dose to 10 mg if required later. Because some patients feel better with lesser dose as well. You should do cbc blood test. Check for anemia, as sometimes it can also cause mood swings and menstrual irregularities. You should take a multivitamin tablet containing iron if your hemoglobin is low. You can safely take nexito with vit b6. If you hv menstrual irregularities, mood changes, excess weight gain, then you should also get your thyroid blood test. It may be the cause too. For any other assistance please consult.
