I am raghu ,33 age, suffering with bipolar problem, from last 20 days I using petril beta 10 (2 times) ,cipralex 10 mg (morning) ,fluanxol 0.5 mg (night, my problem is I am getting sleep in the morning and afternoon time, I can't drive bike some times ,it is problem in my work also ,so please tell me how to avoid this problem, tablets timing change? Or any tablet change? Night I am sleeping late 12 am? Please tell me please help me.

1. Try taking Petril beta only once in the evening. 2. Take fluanxol one hour earlier than your usual time. Eg . at 7:30pm. 3. Ask your doctor to add a mood stabiliser medication instead of Cipralex, if your diagnosis of Bipolar disorder is confirmed.

Take evening medicines early about 7.30 - 8 pm and go to bed by 9.pm at least. After a few days your body starts to sleep by that time and will be more awake during the day. All the best
