Hello, can I do yogas, like meditation, breathing, mild stretching and butterfly-asan during my period?

Meditation and breathing could be done. And depending upon your health, mild exercises may be done too. Butterfly is not advisable. It could be done prior, though.

Hello mam, yes you can do light exercise during the periods. Do not try any tough asanas during first two days.

Yes you can do but if you have abdominal pain during mc then don't do any exercise.

You should not do abdominal stretching and butterfly exercise during mc and if you want to do exercise, you can simply do breathing and meditation.
