I have been detected with vitamin D deficiency (9.91 ng/ml; normal range: 30-100 ng/ml). But my calcium level is normal (9.99 mg/dl; normal range: 8.8 - 10.6 mg/dl). I have been suffering from chronic bone and joint pain for more than 1 year. My Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) test result also came higher (9.47 ?IU/ml; normal range: 0.30 - 5.5 ?IU/ml). Which vitamin D supplement should I take? Please mention appropriate dose and duration.
