Sir I found on internet that zanocin is an eye drop not an ear drop. I have problem in my left ear. White yellowish liquid is there which causes itching and swelling. I might hurt my left ear while cleaning wax and pushed it too deep. Please prescribe medicines and instruction to use it.

Do not clean the ear on your own by putting ear buds in the ear. You might injure the ear. If you have wax which is causing the problem then a wax softening ear drops will help soften the wax. You will have to go to an ent surgeon to get the wax removed. Another problem of cleaning the ear on your own is a likely chance of pushing the wax deeper into the ear canal. It is better you show the ears to an ent surgeon who will solve your problem. Please do not put ear drops without consulting an ent surgeon.
