I am 22 year old male. I suffer from chest pain in right sided then go to back from 4 months. Don't relieved by allopathic treatment. No fever, no dysnea but dry hard cough appear (yellowish watery like mucus) which expectorant outside very difficult. Please give the idea for remedy of homoeopathic treatment.
