Hello Nanthakumar - Anxiety problems are becoming quite common during this lockdown period. - Try deep breathing techniques and relaxation exercises. - Also yoga will be helpful -Lonazep 0.25 mgs is good for short term use to manage anxiety. It is not recommended for long term use. Try to cut down to 1/2 tablet for the next 2 weeks and then stop - If anxiety persists beyond a month, you can consider couselling/CBT psychological therapy.
