Respected doctor, I have more problems with mind. I got repeated thoughts. If the situation happens to me means, I think lot of times about that. And also I got repeated thoughts unwontedly. Have unwanted thoughts more times daily and it is un reasonable. That time I get breath problem and fairness. I taken sertraline 100 mg tablet daily once per doctor advice. Depression only gone by taking this tablet. But still the repeated unwanted thoughts and mind confusion is a big problem to me. And I do not know what kind of problem is it. Kindly help me doctors. For maximum benefit, try to get 30 minutes or more of aerobic activity on most days. Several types of psychotherapy can be used to help someone with ocd manage obsessive thought. It is quite common and can also cause bodily symptoms when you feel panicky, breathless and feeling faint. - Overthinking can happen in this situation - Sertraline is a good medication. Discuss with your doctor about increasing the dose to 125 mgs once daily. If you are able to tolerate, can go upto 150 mgs once daily.
