I am suffering from the back pain for last 12 months when go to doctor he told to take the ct scan in the scan report, report says multiple prominent lymph node present in the mesenteric group and retroperitoneal. There is sublet increase in the attenuation of the fat lower mesentery and omentum.

Most likely your back pain symptoms and the findings on ct scan report are unrelated. A detailed description of your back pain symptoms are required like aggravating/ relieving factors, whether pain is more during sitting/ standing/ walking. Additional tests may be required. And avoid taking over the counter pain killers for your treatment because they can have numerous additional side effects on your heart and kidney.
