He is having lower back pain since 2 days. sometimes it was difficult for him to seat and walk, during night sometimes pain a lot. Sometimes feel pain in right thigh and calf. I gave him cipzox tablet. He feels good after taking this tablet. He is better now compare to last 2 days. Pain is reduced but still there. Can you pls suggest medicine?

Hello the back pain symotoms suggest a lumbar sprain. But the pain in thigh and calf may be suggesting a nerve compression. Along with the muscle relaxant and pain killer add a nerve suppliment (vit b12). Rest advised with hot fomentation. Ergonomic sitting and sleeping posture. Not to lift weight or bend forwards.
