Hi lybrate-user syed, it may be due to dry socket formation .you need to consult your doctor because no home remedies for this. This happens if you don’t follow proper instructions given by your doctor. You should not use straw or any kind of suction things after the extraction. It may be a dry socket or else checkout the adjacent tooth for pain .these are the possibilities.

Hello dear lybrate-user. First of all relax and don't worry. Yes it happens sometimes after 3rd molar surgery that we experience some pain afterwards. Obviously the little bone is cut down and sometimes the roots of teeth are also near the nerve. If your surgery has been done before 2 weeks and your stiches removal has been done and during that doctor told you that healing is good than no chance of any infection. As wound gets closed there is no pathway for infection. You can have warm saline gargles daily 4-5 times atleast. And take theab. Rutoheal d twice daily after meals for 3 days. And if you still feeling that something is there and not subsiding please kindly let me know. Any query please msg me.
