Whenever I think even little my top head ,and temple area ache to much and there is pain in middle of chest. From 2,3 days I have continuous headache and I can't able to sleep also. I took grenil and disprin but nothing worked.

Continuous headache-one possibility is migraine which can get worsened due to sleep deprivation. But based on your co morbidities, it can be due to other causes also .to reach at a conclusion, more information is needed. Try naxdom and review.
